PINC Programme
Tamahere Physiotherapy is pleased to offer the PINC® Programme to support women following cancer treatment.
The PINC Programme is a personalised physiotherapy rehabilitation programme designed for women recovering from cancer surgery and cancer-related treatments. It provides individualised, one-to-one care focused on restoring strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.
PINC® stands for Physiotherapy, Individualised, Nurturing and Cancer, reflecting a compassionate and tailored approach to recovery at every stage.
Targeted Exercise Classes
The PINC Group Programme is designed for anyone affected by cancer—during or after treatment. Each class is led by Rebekah, our certified PINC Oncology Physiotherapist and provides personalised support within a safe, welcoming group environment.
No matter your age, fitness level, or mobility, these programs offer a space to move, connect, and rebuild strength with others who understand the cancer recovery journey.
Benefits of our Group exercise class include:
Physical Well-being: Improve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
Social Connection: Connect with others who are having similar experiences.
Motivation: Stay committed and inspired by being part of a supportive group.
Cost-Effective: Group programs provide high-quality care at no cost to participants.
